Real Estate Escrow Services

We offer escrow services to our customers whether we are handling your transaction or if you are closing with another title company or attorney.  The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is a way for the buyer to demonstrate his or her intent to follow through with the agreements set forth in the purchase contract.  An earnest money deposit is generally paid in the form of a certified check, personal check or wire transfer. The funds are held in our escrow account until instructions are provided to release the escrowed funds.
 

Construction Draw Disbursements

Our office works with builders, lenders and property owners on new construction projects.  We review construction draw schedules, inspections and handle disbursement of funds. We work closely with homeowners and general contractors by gathering proper draw documentation, collecting lien waivers and protecting funds in an escrow account.  Our closing agents adhere to a strict turnaround time for every construction draw request.
